MokoPaste Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains the conditions, application processes, and licensing implications of requesting a refund after purchasing the Pro version of MokoPaste.
1. Applicable Channels and Refund Windows
- Website Purchases: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind or encounter issues within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
- App Store Purchases: Distribution, billing, and refunds for App Store builds are managed entirely by Apple. Apple's refund policy and decisions govern these transactions; we cannot directly process refunds for App Store orders.
2. How to Request a Refund
- For Website Orders: Please email your refund request to support@mokopaste.com from your purchasing email address. Include your Order ID or License Key. We will process your request within 3 business days.
- For App Store Orders: Please sign in to Apple's support page at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID used for purchase and submit a refund request.
3. Impact of Refunds on License Status
- Once a refund is processed, the associated Pro license key will be permanently revoked and blacklisted.
- Activated client devices will automatically downgrade to the Free version during their next licensing check.
- Pro-exclusive privileges (such as unlimited clipboard history size) will expire, but your locally stored history database will not be deleted.
4. Processing Timelines and Exceptions
- Timeline: Once we initiate a refund, it usually takes 3 to 10 business days for the funds to return to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Exceptions: Website orders older than 14 days are generally non-refundable. If you experience an unfixable technical bug that severely affects core usability, please detail it in your email for a case-by-case evaluation.
- Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of repeated purchases and refunds by the same user/account, chargeback abuse, fraudulent transactions, or licenses revoked due to violation of our Terms of Service.
